Better than gumtree etc which is full of scammers and fake posts, all the landlords are genuine here as they need to register. I found that using sites like gumtree a waste of time, a friend recommended rentdirectuk.co.uk to me and gave it a go, all I can say is a great experience, found a flat within a week.

This site is such an amazing way of bringing tenants and landlords together, I used estate agents in the past to find a place to rent but to be honest with you they are just a bunch of shysters!!! Save yourself the bother use rentdirectuk, you will find decent, honest landlords here.
